Yes we do. UTC operates and runs its own Service and Repair Centre in Kuwait, providing first- class after sales care, ensuring our customers obtain many years enjoyment from their purchase. We service upwards of 200,000 air conditioners alone per year, so when you have a problem, you know who to call.All appliances sold by UTC have the backup of our Service Centre. Our trained and experienced engineers are usually able to fix minor problems at our customer’s homes. This includes cookers, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, water coolers, microwaves and air-conditioners. When an issue cannot be rectified on site, our technicians will repair the appliance at our fully equipped Service Centre.
