We operate 17 retail stores throughout Kuwait and also distribute to all major retail outlets and hypermarkets. Do you offer servicing and repairs for appliances, even if they are not your brands?
Yes we do. UTC operates and runs its own Service and Repair Centre in Kuwait, providing first-class after-sales care and ensuring our customers get many years of enjoyment from their purchase. We service upwards of 200,000 air conditioners alone per year — so when you have a problem, you know who to call. All appliances sold by UTC have the backup of our Service Centre. Our trained and experienced engineers are usually able to fix minor problems at the customer's home — this includes cookers, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, water coolers, microwaves and air conditioners. When an issue cannot be rectified on site, our technicians will repair the appliance at our fully equipped Service Centre.
I need a new electrical appliance but can't pay the full price right now — do you offer credit?
Yes we do. Our credit programme offers you an easy payment plan to suit your budget — you can have the products you need now and leave the financing for a later date. Our fast and easy process lets you select the products, complete the credit application (subject to qualifying criteria) and arrange credit on any of our big-ticket items.
Do you have retail shops? Where can I buy your products?
Yes we do. UTC has its own retail stores around Kuwait, and we are able to stock your brands there. We have 17 stores and the number is growing. Do you offer any discounts or seasonal promotions? How can I find out about these?
From time to time UTC offers discounts and sales across our various retail outlets. You will see our advertisements in local publications and newspapers — however, the website is always the best place to check.
